PH47 Terms and Conditions — Read Before You Play

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the PH47 platform — whether through a web browser, mobile browser, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. This includes all future amendments and updates that PH47 may publish from time to time.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered through PH47, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live casino, PBA betting, MMA betting, roulette, virtual sports, and any promotional or bonus programmes. If you use any of these services, you are bound by these terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use PH47, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations prohibit online gambling for persons under 21.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted. It is your responsibility to verify that online betting is legal in your location.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of PH47 or any of its business partners.
• You must not be listed on any exclusion registry or have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

PH47 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to have been registered by ineligible players will be suspended immediately, and any balances may be withheld pending investigation.

03 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one PH47 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity, device, IP address, or payment method — is a serious violation of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and a working email address. PH47 may ask you to verify this information at any time through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

KYC verification typically requires a government-issued ID (passport, driver's licence, UMID, PhilSys ID, or voter's ID) and a recent proof of address. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of registration may have withdrawal functions restricted.

You are fully responsible for all activity carried out under your PH47 account. If you believe your account has been compromised, report it at once so we can take action to protect your funds.

04 Deposits and Payments

PH47 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

All deposit transactions must come from accounts or cards held in your own name. Using payment accounts belonging to another person is not permitted and may result in account suspension. This rule exists to prevent fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100
• Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier — see your account dashboard for specific limits.
• Deposits are credited to your PH47 account in real time for most methods. Bank transfers via PESONet may take up to one business day.

PH47 does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges. Please check with your payment provider before transacting.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from verified PH47 accounts are processed within 24 hours on business days. Requests submitted on weekends or Philippine public holidays may experience slightly longer processing times, but we aim to complete all withdrawals as quickly as possible.

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱500
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your deposit, unless otherwise approved by PH47's finance team.
• Accounts must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal can be processed.
• PH47 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals as part of its AML compliance obligations.

PH47 does not impose withdrawal fees. If your bank charges a receiving fee for transfers, that cost is borne by the receiving party.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

PH47 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer, which may include wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum deposit thresholds.

General bonus rules that apply to all PH47 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds and free spins are credited to your account after meeting any qualifying conditions.
• Standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount, unless a different figure is specified in the promotion details.
• Bonuses may only be used for games specified in the promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion specifically allows stacking.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.
• PH47 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable prior notice.

Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or exploiting promotional loopholes — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus winnings.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on PH47 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying their bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before submitting. PH47 cannot reverse confirmed bets except in cases of a verified technical error on our end.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error that affects bet settlement, PH47 will investigate the incident and settle affected bets at the most recent valid price or result. Decisions made by PH47 in these situations are final.

• Minimum bet for most sports markets: ₱20
• Minimum bet for casino games: as stated in the game's rules
• Maximum bet limits are applied per event, per market, and per player based on account standing
• PH47 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that were suspended or cancelled

For PBA betting and other Philippine sports markets, results are settled based on official league and governing body announcements. PH47 is not responsible for delays in official result declarations.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PH47 and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bets and winnings, and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to claim additional bonuses or circumvent account restrictions
• Colluding with other players in poker or other competitive games
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or manipulate game outcomes
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing in any sports betting market
• Money laundering or using PH47 as a conduit for illegal financial transactions
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods

09 Privacy and Data Protection

PH47 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is available at ph47.best/privacy-policy.

By registering on PH47, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored on secured servers with industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised PH47 personnel and regulated third-party service providers operating under strict data processing agreements.

10 Responsible Gaming

PH47 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling among all of its players. We provide tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time alerts, and voluntary self-exclusion.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

PH47 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal behaviour
• Providing false registration information
• At the player's own request

In cases of suspected fraud or serious violations, PH47 may freeze account funds pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, those funds may be forfeited. If no violation is found, funds will be returned in full.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting PH47 customer support. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the registered payment method after identity verification.

12 Amendments to These Terms

PH47 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top.

For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, PH47 will make a reasonable effort to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of PH47 after an update to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the changes take effect.
